Video Tours are getting all the views

In the third quarter, Open Homes Video Tours received over 188,000 views. That’s like every person in Berkeley and Walnut Creek watching a Video Tour! Is your marketing tapping into an audience that large?

With so many people viewing Video Tours, it’s no wonder homes with videos get more interest from potential buyers. In fact, its estimated that 403% more inquiries are driven from listings with video (NAR)
