Loren Brown, Virtual Staging/Renovation Expert

Loren Brown has headed our Virtual Staging and Virtual renovation services since the fall of 2020.

Read below to see how Loren approached four different Virtual Staging and Virtual renovation projects and turned them into fresh, inviting spaces.

1691 Austin Avenue, Los Altos

Our client wanted something stylish yet simple while maintaining the sleek hardwood floors and designer-favorite Benjamin Moore Atrium White OC-145 on each wall. This provided the perfect canvas for a whole house virtual remodel.
Our approach:  No room was left untouched in this contemporary revision of indoor/outdoor California paradise. We paired a muted palette that evoked poise with textured rugs and tonal accents for contrast.

1801 Geneva Avenue, San Francisco

The directive for this project was to keep the exterior views the focal point of each angle. While there weren’t sweeping oceans or skyscrapers in frame, our client wished to emphasize the importance of proximity to the surrounding community.
Our approach: We used these views and ideals as a source of inspiration for the pieces we selected inside. Warm leather and deep accents alongside abundant greenery and graphic artwork to emulate the soft cityscape.

201 4th Street #407, Oakland

After seeing her Virtually Staged images, our client Julia said, “I’ve sold approx. 15 condos in Jack London Square over past few years. This is the most creative staging I’ve seen yet. Absolutely gorgeous. Thank you!”
Working alongside enthusiastic creatives like Julia is one of the many rewards of designing each new space for clients.
Our approach: A charming loft with great symmetry and attractive finishes throughout needs very little to shine, but Julia trusted our unique approach would take it to the next level. Looking at the end result, we are inclined to agree :“Absolutely Gorgeous.”

15-19 San Carlos Street, San Francisco

Modern. Youthful. Welcoming. This agent knew their prospective buyer very well, and throughout the design consultation their input helped inform our vision.
Our approach: Subtle changes such as swapping the magazines on the central table and changing the orientation of the wall art made a significant impact on the final product. We invite collaboration and partnership throughout the furnishing process and this project is proof that sometimes two sets of discerning eyes can make all the difference.
